Overview
This programme is specifically catered to students who want to level-up their writing game. We will be delving deeper into exploring different creative writing strategies, developing critical thinking and reasoning skills, as well as to hone students’ unique writer’s voice. This programme is for students who would like to learn how to weave compelling stories that speak to the reader. A personalised report will also be provided for each student after every writing assignment.

Introduce to 12 new vocabulary, and learn how language is used in context.
Students will attempt a teacher-guided composition, modelling use of writing skills and vocabulary

Explore and analyse a model composition based on the question in Lesson 3
Introduce to 12 new vocabulary, and learn how language is used in context.
Students will attempt a draft 2 of the written piece from Lesson 2 that will also be completed in class

Learn the necessary skills to tackle a particular type of situational writing task

Analyse a model situational writing and understand how the skills have been used
